Shortly after its founding, the company became one of the first to join the newly formed Sotheby's International Realty network. Anne Erwin Real Estate quickly established itself as the leading agency in the area for marketing distinctive properties.
In 1989, Anne retired and entrusted ownership to Eileen Roberts, who successfully maintained the tradition of service excellence while growing the company in size and scope.
In November 2004, Anne Erwin Real Estate officially became Anne Erwin Sotheby's International Realty, with a renewed franchise agreement with what has become the world's most prestigious real estate network, Sotheby's International Realty.
