Wally Kallenback has been working in real estate since 1997 and has been living in Ogunquit since 1989. He has a lifelong background in the construction industry. He owned his own design/build firm in San Francisco, CA for many years and returned home to work with a Boston area company as Construction Manager, managing multi-million dollar projects. He has an innate understanding of a buildings' value from the ground up. His unparalleled understanding of the ever changing world of real estate is due to his wealth of experience and his successful completion of over $100 million in real estate sales to date.
