A graduate of York High School and Bentley College, Lianne is a third generation native of York, Maine who considers herself extremely fortunate to be living and raising her family in such a special place. She and her husband, Jim, have three sons - identical twin boys who graduated with engineering degrees from Syracuse University and the University of Maine in Orono and a younger son who currently attends Colorado State University. Lianne is an avid tennis player and enjoys downhill skiing all over New England, Colorado and Europe as well as paddle boarding with her family in the York River near their home.
Prior to becoming a real estate agent in 2010, Lianne worked for 15 years as an Information Technology manager in the corporate world specifically creating and supporting internet-based applications. This experience provided her an in-depth understanding of just how powerful web technologies are and the importance of utilizing them for successful marketing. This has never been more key than it is today with real estate and she excels in being able to put these innovative practices to work for her clients.
There are so many challenging aspects to buying and selling real estate and it can often be overwhelming. Lianne's desire to share what she’s learned through her own personal and professional experiences to guide potential buyers and sellers is what she loves most about being a real estate professional. Having bought, sold, renovated and built so many of her own properties over the years, she truly understands how stressful the process can be at times and she prides herself on being able to navigate her clients through it all as easily as possible.
Lianne is an associate broker with Anne Erwin Sotheby’s International Realty licensed in both Maine and New Hampshire working with both buyers and sellers. Having lived on the seacoast her whole life, she has a deep understanding of the entire area. She has sold properties from Hampton to Dover and Kittery to Portland. Lianne is also a member of the York County Council of REALTORS® and Maine Association of REALTORS®.
